Thank you Levi Greenwood.
Another great servant to our club, robbed of being a premiership player by a maggot umpire in 2018.
Glad we poached you from pauperoos after Beams bailed on us in late 2014.
You played some epic shutdowns on Suckwood, and for that, we will always be grateful.
Viva Le Pig!

As hard as a cat's head, was the Pig. He was absolutely determined and committed and that's pretty much all you can ask from your troops week to week. He was one of my favourites for that reason - and because his tackles usually stuck!
Very best wishes for your future, LG.

Well done Levi! He had to reinvent himself a number of times to stay in the system which he did.
I thought his 2019 season was one of his best playing predominately as a backman, (something i didn't think he could do). Cruelly struck down by a knee injury in the first final.
Loved that attack on the ball and those bone crunching tackles.
Thanks Levi!

Fans love a player who gives al he can for the team
And at his own peril (as the medical retirement suggests)
Well with this bloke you certainly got it and I’m sad that you have medical issues
You could have been less vigorous and not had them but that wasn’t you
So thanks from all fans and may I say Nicksters one and all
Hope absolutely everything for your future is good

The Pig defends ferociously, instilling the cold dead hand of fear,
While midget Brown is standing tall, at the start of a breakout year.
The on-ball squad has a red hot go, with Crispy thumping torps,
Until time and motion are suspended, by the magical Pendlebury warp.

Just watched it now. They can't speak more highly of his character.PyreneesPie wrote:Just watched the tributes from Tay and Howie. They both speak so highly of Levi as a friend and team mate. Don't think I've heard such deep, heartfelt sentiments about a retiring player in many a year. Says volumes about his character.
I have a feeling there will be some meaningful and momentous private farewells to be had for a coach (or two) and a number of players at season's end.

And the man himself, speaking two years ago after playing his 150th game:
