I'm just wondering if there's still anyone who wants to drop him?

We can't bring Paine in, but Dawes is available.

Anyone?

No?

Whatever happens with Travis next year, I just hope he goes out this year playing well and shows the same passion as he did last night. He seemed to finally be enjoying playing, and there was a lot of positive energy.

Dad is currently in an isolated location on the Birdsville Track. Out of mobile range and Wilbur Wilde will not let him call Travis on the sat phone as it's $4 a minute. Let's hope they crack their Variety Bash car crankshaft, it gets bogged in Lake Eyre mud somewhere out near Mulpoorina Station and Dad can't get in touch with Travis for another 28 more days. At least Dad will have Wilbur there to play campfire sax (yes sax not sex) while they wait for rescue.

Everyone knows how unhappy I've been with him this year. Last night was great to see and it seemed as though he was getting on a lot better with the players and whilst how he has behaved all year is not forgiven in a game against a non finalist, here's hoping he can do this in the finals as we are a much better team when he is in the mood.

I would not be surprised if something significant happened during the week, as the players looked a lot happier with him
And hence his confidence grew and he dominated. According to my source he wants to stay with us, but his low life father has signed a principal five year deal with another club for a million a year, which is for Travis to finalize but he is torn as he wants to stay here. David should be ashamed. Go Travis

The amount of humble pie you've devoured over the years makes me wonder if you order a crane to leave the house :)

For two months Cloke played without any enthusiasm and wasn't getting much love from the rest of the boys. It's not the five goals he's kicked its the passion and the work rate that was absolutely wonderful to see.
Something has clearly changed, maybe he's signed or maybe he got our blessing to leave and feels like the weight is finally of his shoulders....
nomnomnom

Humble pie is a professional hazard McFeast, are you prepared to eat your share?

I just get the feeling that Trav may have sorted a few issues out with the other players during the week. A huge difference in the attitudes of the boys towards Trav. It looked more like a unit. Me think an announcement will be made whereby Trav stays with Collingwood.
Go Pies.

Its hard to say, but he was mobbed by team-mates after every goal last night. Against Sydney, where he kicked some vital goals against the top side, no one went near him.
