Gubby was ahead of his time. Just didn't execute properly. The switch across goals happens 20 times a game these days. Back then it was tantamount to murder.

That footage of Jimmy Edmund giving it to him was priceless.

watch hockey and soccer and you will see similarities and things that have been borrowed from those games.
