So have any journalists asked Dan why Victoria didn't implement his ring of steel that he was gloating about recently as being a must for Sydney?

In Victoria,

65 new local cases and 1 new case acquired overseas (currently in HQ).

Of the 65 local cases, 55 are linked to current outbreaks and 10 are under investigation. 16 of today's 65 local cases were announced yesterday, linked to the Shepparton area.

According to the ABC blog:

Today's numbers include 21 reported in the regional Victorian town of Shepparton yesterday using rapid PCR testing.

Victorian presser: 16 of the 65 were announced yesterday, linked to Shepparton. 10 cases under investigation. (Just) 12 were in isolation for the entirety of their infectious period. There is a new case in Mansfield, linked to Shepparton.

Over 62,000 vaccine appointments are still available for the coming week.

Should but Numbers Too Low and not everyone over 18 has had a Chance of Being Vaccinated
