A memorable win against the odds.

Hopefully this is our springboard to the finals.

JDG in the middle was massive.

Did I spy Neon Leon in the rooms, or a look-a-like?

Probably the best win since the PF last year. To beat the Eagles on their turf with a debutant, a second gamer & Crocker is nothing short of a Christmas Miracle. Our season, credibility, confidence and self-respect was on the line tonight and boy did we did in deep when crunch time came. Could have easily lost it at the end there, especially when Maynard decided to turn the footy over at half back I nearly threw a bottle through the plasma, but luckily we didn't pay the ultimate price.

Another critical injury as well, always to be expected. Just have to get Langdon and Howe back asap, do we have any replacement for Moore, doubtful.

Hopefully we can actually build on this and start to get some continuity and team work back into our play going forward. Get on our bikes more and start moving that footy a bit quicker. Thought Cox & Miho were huge, really provided us with strong targets all night, something we've been missing for so long. Carry on Woods!

I know that feeling Jezza. Shaking my head in wonder, with a huge grin on my face. :D

What did it it? Absolutely manic pressure by everyone in the dying minutes of the third quarter and all through the last!!! The boys lifted each other to mercurial efforts.

There is some love for a few individuals but I thought Maynard was massive when he had to play tall after Moore went off.
Once again Mayne sacrifices his game and keeps Hurn relatively quiet with smarts, not pace.
A win for the ages against a very good team.

Well, that was a surprise lol. I wasn't even going to watch the game, absolutely certain we'd lose. I still wasn't sure we'd win with 10 secs to go. :D

Massive grunt and defensive effort. If you said at half time we would win with a score of 11.12 you would have been called everything under the sun.
