Like your faith in Josh, but on form in the twos Ball is miles ahead of Thomas.

Nope - Ball will come in vs Eagles.
Sucks to see Adams when he is playing his best footy for the season and in his right Postion.
Though it is the Story of the 2015 season for Collingwood

Bugger!
Yesterday he spent 73% of game time on the field. That was the third lowest of our 22 players.
But he racked up 28 possessions during that time. That was the third highest of our 22 players.
He will be missed.

What tannin said, but it's an epithet not an offer, just in case.

Noticed during the game he kept touching his hand and the trainers were working on him what I thought was a dislocated finger. Fair effort to keep playing in probably a lot of pain

Bad luck. He certainly played a good game this week. Te footy gods have not been very kind to our payers this year. Has someone cursed us?
Seriously, I hope his injury mends well and he is back soon. As to who comes in, I wish it could be Swan, but might be too soon yet. Hope Ball is fit as others have suggested.

Can anybody account for Ball's whereabouts when the injury was sustained?

Out: Adams (inj), Martin (unlucky)
In: Ball, Kennedy
Hard luck on Martin who should get another week or two and full games, none of this sub rubbish, but we need an extractor for this must-win game. Kennedy should start in the 18 and Ball can come in as sub later in the game where his lack of pace won't be noticed and his hardness and cool head at the clearances will be invaluable.
And don't make Kennedy the frigin' sub this time!
