Now all you girls get this straight. He DID NOT go home because he was homesick. He himself said he went home because he WANTED to play for the SWANS because he barracked for them as a kid.

Black White, you are right in one aspect: I'm pissed that we lost a future jet....i'm happy to admit that and have said that all along.

When you CHOOSE to play AFL you choose to have your life in the limelight - ask Queen Carey about that one. When you make this choice its one undertaken with the knowledge that many people will love/hate you. In this spotlight that he chose to live in by being a part of the afl, your actions have impact on more people than the average job. ND's actions have consequences and this backlash he is receiving is only stemming from his actions.

These are the consequences of reckless and selfish actions. ND cannot be defended in that respect. His "throw away lines" continue to show the disrepect we have come to expect from him of late. No offense Black_White but the words from the horses mouth are pretty damning. Throw away lines are usually said with a grin or with some jest. You no doubt know him better. I'm glad you can trust him more than I can. I don't believe a word he has said from round 3 onwards!

My oxygen is Collingwood. Without it I die.

Sorry Black_White, if they taught me to read when I was younger I would have known. It all goes back to when my year 1 teacher grilled me for colouring in my elephant black instead of grey. I didn't get the big 36 pencil pack!!! I didn't have a grey pencil and I thought black was a good substitute....WRONG!! Oh the mental scars...

Home sickness was an easy excuse to give Davis a reason to head home. As Cam said the main reason was that he barracked for the club as a kid but then again so did Daicos......and he never deserted us!!!! Davis is just a big sook at the end of the day.

I still think that Davis should have been dropped for the grand final and McGough etc should have been given a game.

Sydney seems to be the new place for Collingwood discards.....

Yeah, we all think that JLC.
Unfortunately, at the time he was probably still stringing us along and got to play in the GF because of it.
If he hadn't been so dishonest earlier in the year they should have replaced him way back then instead of taking up someone elses spot in the team, someone more deserving.
