Some of the outbound frees against us were just wrong
The JDG incident in the last quarter where he basically had to get rid of the ball or crash into Murphy coming off the ground was ridiculous
I thought Markov was really good
You know we have a lot of ex rookies, fringe players who are really going good
Not sure about Will Kelly.
Johnston did very little for a a few quarters and then produced some gold.
Well done boys

Those 2 umpiring decisions in the last… 1) Murphy getting smashed in the face with no free kick and 2) Ash not getting the free kick in the forward square despite being taken high.

We still kept going.

Our best - but completely knackered on a short break in a game where a dominant CHF and ruck were needed.

Younger and older players were less likely to have the legs on the short break after last week. Note the power mid-age runners like Darcy, Noble, Maynard, de Goey and Joshy found legs in the last. That's a much harder ask for Nicky, Beau and Ginni after ANZAC Day.

We are still two out of three tall options short for these kinds of games (the three being a dominant CHB, CHF and ruck), which allows teams to play this way against us.

So, bearing that in mind I think we played very well against an opposition that did everything right from their POV. That means the good habits and patterns are becoming ingrained.

What can one say about that incredible comeback win? We have so many of them so frequently. This one was particularly special simply due to the oppressive umpiring that was working hard against us all night, especially in that last qtr.

I won't go through them all, but we all know them. It was so horrendous that the AFL has to come out and review this umpiring performance and take immediate action against the offending party, along with a media conference apologising to Collingwood, Murphy and all affected supporters. Anything less will be a show of support for immoral behaviour and a confirmation that our club is clearly persecuted in this area of the game.

This was such a courageous win I know it will propel this club to premiership success this season. You can shoot us in the chest with 5 bullets, but we'll send the 6th one back at you between your eyes.

Go the Mighty Pies!!

The two worst decisions were the Murphy one,his face was smashed by an Adelaide player coming with the flight of the ball. That’s a free kick every day of the week. And the other worst one was to Johnson for what was clearly over the shoulder.I honestly think the umpires were too frightened to pay that one for fear of incurring the wrath of the feral Adelaide crowd. That decision was definitely one for the crowd’s sake.
