Oh, and change the title. He wasn't arrested...he was issued an on the spot fine. 90% of nightclubbers in the CBD would be fined if there were more bored cops.

As someone said,90% of people leaving any nightclub at night would be drunk as well.And he didn't even get arrested,only fined,so this smells like a major storm in a teacup to me.
