Recruiting Update

The Williamstown Football Club is close to finalising its playing list for the 2005 VFL season. A large number of players have been retained from last year, whilst a large number of young players from the TAC Cup competition will be given an opportunity.

Is there a guy by the name of Mark Lee Thompson playing for Williamstown from Lower Plenty?

The 2005 playing list for Williamstown has been finalised, and along with the players mentioned above, the following have been signed.

Andrew Nicholson - Western Jets
Kane Maghamez - Fitzroy Reds
Tom O'Dwyer - Geelong VFL list.

Sorry hoggy, but at this stage, it doesn't appear so.

I'm just waiting on the full list to be forwarded to me, and then I'll be able to give you a definite answer.

I have been hearing all these rumours from Lower Plenty players saying that bloke is having something to do with Collingwood and they weren't just asking me the same thing. They had both come out of nowhere to ask such a question.

Of course I had no answer. 8)
