Seth wrote: Hey franki by the way the avatar is in bad taste mate, just my opinion. The club complained to the press about pictures of Didak in prison garb and similar. Didn't think we needed to add to the rubbish as well.
Just curious, anyone else feel the same way?

lol no. I actually find it hilarious.
Never mind the avatar police mate. If people can't see the humour in that then they must be pretty, well, humourless :P

I have no great objection, and it doesn't break our Rules, but I think its a odd thing for a "supporter" to display.

Dids is obviously deeply embarrassed by the whole thing, and cops enough flak from the opposition. I doubt he would appreciate reminders, however jovially intended, from his own fans as well.

Made his bed and now has to lie in it.
This whole thing will make him a stronger person, so I really doubt if he has a real problem with a bit of internet fun.

I'll just make this clear, although I can understand people having a certain perception, it's in no way intended to be a poke at Alan. I'm behind him 100 % and the avatar is meant to be a representation of my view on the wider community's thoughts outside of Collingwood, as warped as they may be.

Oh and Shane that would be just totally offensive and really can't see how you'd relate the two
Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood.

What the hell Shane. To even compare that to Frankiboy's avatar is offensive.

You have misread my meaning. The Didak avatar isnt funny. The Millane avatar would be as funny as the Didak avatar.

They are equally offensive. An innocent man died at the hand of Didak's acqaintance.

The original avatar is in extremely poor taste.
