I see in todays Age, our old mate Goodsey reckons he was racially abused by a Dons fan, in last weeks game. Assuming he was, and of course I don't condone it, I wonder if he pointed them out, and had them removed from the ground, ala that young girl he went after last season ?

Just asking, that's all. :?: :?

No.

Quote from the Age story: " Goodes, the reigning Australian of the Year, was oblivious to the abuse until he was later contacted about it by the Bombers, who apologised to him and have since made a public apology for the incident."

Goodes heard the abuse but was to scared to confront the person because it wasn't a 12 year old girl.

If he did not hear it, why the fuss, this is a bit strange really. :? :?

Of course, we could be pissed off that an Aboriginal player is still being subjected to this stuff in 2014.

But no, let's have a go at him instead.

That must have been what caused all that booing.... clearly nothing to do with the umpire being injured.

Neville Jetta was also racially vilified last week against the Dogs, very sad that people are still hurling racial abuse at people. Forgetting that it was Goodes that was abused for a second, this issue continues to rear it's ugly head and regardless of who it is there needs to be some harsher sanctions to stop this from happening further.

Dogs seem to have that happen quite a bit
