- Collingwood has not lost to Coburg since Round 13 of 2012 at this very venue. Back then, the Lions were still affiliated with Richmond. Only bad kicking by the home side kept the Pies in the hunt, as Coburg led at every change before going on to win by 26 points.

We should see a comfortable victory to start the season.

Good luck with your VFL commentary for season 2017 Bat.

It's greatly appreciated by us all.

Sadly Not MagpieBat, they don't think our supporters will buy them so not stocking VFL jumpers, they are way better than the AFL version at this stage, they are bringing out a 125 special, but would prefer Blair's VFL one since he won't be using it this weekend, Keith Bromage 1953-1956 wore the 11 back then

Some rabbit smashed up my car when parked in a off road parking bay.

Just been out doing some shopping and it's mayhem out there, you'd reckon the shops had been shut for a week, not 1 day.

So I'll be doing TV today as well, they're all nucking futs around Coburg at the best of times.

Yes, I am.

Blair is our hold-over today. Mayne and Dunn out there.

Wells starting on the ground, starting forward.

We're kicking to the Bell Street end (left of screen).

And so, the moment is at hand! The 2017 season is UNDERWAY for Coburg and Collingwood!

Turnover by the Burgers on the counter-attack, Wells dances through traffic, chips out to the HFF, finds Daicos.

Dakes plays on, LACE-OUT delivery for De Goey!

From 40m, 45d... GOAL!

Welcome back...

6-0
