He was only the coach for 1 full season, and a caretaker for half...
How does a coach quit that early and that drastically? There must be some huge issues at the Kanga's because that just shows nobody above him supported him enough during the season and he took on too much of the responsibility.
If he was there for 4 years and it didnt work i would clearly say he wasnt the man for the job, but within his first full Season thats definitely a club/board/exec issue.

I think his heart is with Collingwood and I would love him back in some assistant coaching capacity. He bleeds black and white and will be great value as a player development coach. Make it happen Collingwood.
Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine!

They picked an odd time to delist that many players, considering how hard it has been in 2020 to evaluate any genuine talent to replace them?woodys_world69 wrote:If he was there for 4 years and it didnt work i would clearly say he wasnt the man for the job, but within his first full Season thats definitely a club/board/exec issue.

Follow the Storm. It's nice to be premiers more often than twice in 60 years.Pies4shaw wrote:FMD.
