Josh Kelly has recommitted to Greater Western Sydney on a whopping eight-year contract worth close to $8 million after seriously considering a six-year offer from North Melbourne.

Great money in a global pandemic, to demand that sort of coin from a team nobody bothers to go to see, even when the gates are open.

Sadly, GWS and Collingwood are way too similar in many ways.
e.g. both have ****ed away flags through amateurish injury management. They are the worst two clubs in the league over the last half dozen years for fitness and rehab stuff.
And both are held to ransom by "star" (hahaha) players for ridiculously big contracts. GWS say they have no choice. They claim they'll lose all their "stars" otherwise.

They have to play that card to AFL every time; who will turn the other creek as they've already invested [read: wasted] countless millions into this farce of a club, even before its inception.
