A very pleasant Sunday afternoon/evening. Nice % booster to go with it and a proper four quarter performance.
Mason Cox was brilliant. Arguably his best performance since the 2018 Prelim.
Time to go in for the kill against Carlton next weekend.

Great win, a smashing, finally stress free footy, no panic, no near heart attacks, no anxiety, great win, Cox has really made all those on here, who used to sledge him, hes made em all eat humble pie now, he really has., well done the big Texan giant. !

Seems ridiculous to say, but next week is a must-win for the Pies.
If we go 9-1, then we have North and the West Coast- we could be 11-1 leading into King's Birthday against Melbourne.
Was a pleasing performance- Cox gets better every week in the ruck.
It was good coaching to sub out Pendles and rest Moore and Cox for the last 10 minutes.
The team spirit of the Pies is palpable. I was in awe of seeing Sidebottom gut-run up and down the wing all day- the man is an incredible athlete.
Looking forward to the return of Cameron, Frampton, Howe, Lipinski, McStay.

A very professional win and a well-deserved easier finish and rest for Pendles. Coxy and Jordy great, but it's such an even team performance after that. I won't rest easy until we have a second ruck, but all is heading in the right direction. Jamie starting to build is ominous for the opposition. Moorey, Joshy, Sidey, Nicky, Mitchell, Checkers, Bruzzy et al. playing at such a consistently high level. Good performances from Murphy and Q again. Hilly, Ginni and Beau solid.
Next, to get Frampers, Cameron and Lipinski back.

Excellent win. Cox was sensational today.
Does anyone know if Pendles was carrying an injury or was a bit crook? He was not his usual self - smart that McRae subbed him off.
Interesting to see what happens with Darcy Cameron next week - I think we are too short in the backline without Frampton or Howe. Cameron back would stabilise the situation

Daicos, impossible angle ... Goal!
