Good collection of people and skills.

My problem is I'm guessing we can only afford all of that under the soft cap because Fly was originally signed to a lowish contract as an untried coach. At the end of 2024 when he becomes a duel premiership coach, he'll be looking for an extension and a payrise.

I think McCartney is a good get (I know he was there a bit last year) - a bit of a Choco Williams style character with a few more miles on the clock.
It's never as good/nor bad as it seems...

The devil is in the detail I guess. I suspect there's a lot of overlap between the head coach, director of coaching and the director of innovation and strategy. They are fancy titles, but I would have thought they were all responsibilities of the head coach.

Regardless of titles, they proved these past 2 years that they work well together and have developed really good chemistry across the whole coaching group .

He is a massive pick-up as a development coach.

"Turk, who held a dual role across the Magpies' AFL and AFLW programs, thanked the Magpies and said it was important to return to WA to be closer to family. "

I'll be honest and admit I've never heard of him.
Turk, who was the Magpies' athletic performance coach for the past two seasons.

Next, we need to ensure Jarrod Wade is retained as our High-Performance Manager and Jacqui Louder as our Sport Psychologist. Keep the band together!

Jacqui works out of the medical clinic at aami stadium, so its very easy for Her to continue thankfully. I guess thats depends if the olympics come calling. hopefully we outbid them if need be!

Also worth a mention that She genuinely cares about the players, She is good friends with Treloar to this day. Loyalty is very important to Her.

Great to have stability and continuity in the coaching ranks. There's no doubt other sides were prepared to raid our coaching stocks, so to keep the personnel largely intact is fantastic.

^ Absolutely. There'd be a few clubs out there thinking that the quickest way to catch up to us would be to dismantle our coaching team.

I think Jacqui Louder deserves a mention here, since she's the club's psychologist
