Am I Cruel?

On Monday I noticed a 10yr old Melbourne fan with tears welling up as the PIES put the finishing touches on the game.
Call it cruel, call it blind loyalty to Pies but it made me smile.

how many times have you walked out of the footy in the past few years and felt like crying? im sure opposition fans would have laughed at you!
i kinda wish i had of seen this crying demon, would have brought a smile to my face aswell.
you should have said to him "thats footy" and pointed to your jumper and said "and we are the winners"
that would have really got him crying!

Maybe just a little, nah he would have done they same thing had it been reversed. But it did remind me of the game against Sydney, where at the end of the game as I walked up the aisle an opposition supporter decided to remind me who won the game, as if I didn't know. They seem to get off on it, kicking a wounded Magpie while their down and rubbing our noses in it.

Well not for much longer because the army has re-grouped and is launching its next assault on the league! Be afraid...
