Quite possible that, with so many talented midfield youngsters at Bruisedbum, Crisp has been on the cusp of selection quite a bit but as the queue is fairly long, missed out on being given opportunities.
A bit like some of the 2nd/3rd tier ruckmen at clubs. Space has to open up to be taken.
That may not be much different at the Pies, but he certainly would've been given plenty of chances this year with all our injuries. |
