Just stepped outside to hear the sirens of 3 fire truckes heading out Ross Creek/ Smyesdale way (Otherside of Ballarat for all you Melbourne ppl)
Looking across the road and to the paddocks infront of my house, about 10-15km away, fire seemed to be fairly large, very dry day today.
Fingers crossed that it gets under control soon and no homes are lost.

daamn.. thats something we neverl ike to hear. well its sposed to be about 38 tomorrow so lets hope it doesnt catch on any further... Shocked

the big fires in victoria at the start of this year burnt out 1.3 MILLION hectares, in case anyone was wondering (which u prolly werent).

yeh its usually not even hot in december, its usually more jan/feb/march, let alone hot in bloody november!
well thats ok, we had the hottest night in 100 years or something on the night i had my party Very Happy only bad thing was, it was too hot to get the bonfire going!!
