DTM Moore started at CHF and run like a beast with huge leads up the middle and to the wing. Cox started at FF and played very deep.
In the second half Reid played CHF and Moore at CHB but off CHB he looked to get into the corridor to give them a big target in the centre whilst either Grundy or Cox led more to the open wing looking for a switch.
WHE Pendles and Stephenson all worked off the HFF providing run and targets.
Seemed our forward structure will be very fluid so to speak with many moving parts and multiple people transitioning through there.
Was difficult to pick up all players from a distance and majority were wearing caps as well but we would have had at least 6-9 different forward combination between the 2 teams over the course of the hour and a bit the simulation went for |

Thanks for Info. Reading that makes me think they can Swap Moore and Reid around
There some Similarities between WHE and Stephenson _________________ I am Da Man |

Thank you for taking the time out and the report. Much appreciated.
We're quite spoilt by the various "training reporters" around the country.
To all of you, please continue and keep up the great work! _________________ Waiting for Premiership 15 ... amended now to 16 |

Onya 67.. good stuff!
Your points on Varcoe and Wells, these 2 only played 18 games between them last year and I believe are paramount to our destiny this year... geez I hope they both stay on the park!
Grundy.... what a beast! He seems to be improving all the time, again, a must have out there for us!
If Cox can improve, as he has done each time he touches the pill, we are going to have an extremely elite ruck/forward combo to contend with.
A fit Ben Reid is priceless!
Adams sounds like he can't get enough of the work and he's a bull.
What about Maynard? I love this kid and can see him also being pivotal in the Magpie resurgence.
I can't wait for this season to start!!! _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Nice one QPie. Curious, do you have really good hearing? How did you know Hocking was giving the boys a serve! I’m really fascinated by this for some reason!
Oh and the battery? never done that before, memory card yes! I have a spar3 of each now! Well done mate and thanks! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

My thoughts on training this pre season is with in depth information from the reports (excellent reports) that although we did not get any of the established
players available we gathered a team of coaches to get better results from the boys we have
This is I guess speculative —more a feeling I guess
Loved this club since I sat to watch Lou Richards captain a premiership _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

I'm hoping to get down again on Friday and I'll do another quick report and this time try to take some video footage (had the camera perfectly set up ready to role only to find out I left the battery in the charger pack at home) |
Hi 67, Can you tell me what time they will be training on Friday? I can't seem to find it on the website and would like to get down there myself. Cheers. _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world, those that understand binary and those that don't. |

Jojo from my vantage point on the far side of the ground away from the clubhouse around the 50 metre arc I could hear loads. I was barely 10m from the fence (wanted some higher ground for video) you could clearly hear coaches words easily.
Hocking was stationed at that end if the ground and was very loud in encouraging the players and also letting them know when things weren't right |

Mate we arrived around 940 the other day and the players were already doing warm up laps and excereises so I'm guessing they had been out there around 15-20 minutes by the looks.
We plan on getting down there a bit earlier this Friday around 9am
On the far side of the ground (away from the club house just follow the road around to the left when you enter) there's a light tower situated on the 50m arc I will be at the top of the embankment there with the camera on a tripod
Your welcome to drop over and say howdy mate. |
