Post subject: The dark stain of the succession cannot be erased by rubbing | |
|
Eddie & Co sacrificed a generation of winning upon the altar of the succession. We have never recovered. It is the defining mark of the post 2011 regime. It has torn at the very fabric of our support, of our black and white army. We are divided and downcast. Small things encourage us, but largely we are cynical. It feels like groundhog day.
When Nathan goes, so does the President, they both need to own this, and it shall be the blood of their sacrifice that will cleanse us. Enough is enough. _________________ Get back on top. |

Nathan can thank Malthouse's immediate legacy for lifting his win loss ratio _________________ All Aboard!! Choo Choo!!! |

Only 58,000 for the first game against Hawthorn. It looks like the Collingwood army have given up even before the season started.I wonder why? |

A wasted decade.
I now enjoy watching melbourne storm and melbourne rebels more than watching Collingwood. I can't even bear to see Eds face on Tv.
He has single handlely destroyed my love of Collingwood.
I really despise him which is a shocking statement to make. |

If you reckon either of those two bastards will have the integrity to own this and fall on their swords then you have misread this pair.
They'll buck pass and play to the emotions of the more gullible (that is the vast majority of the ) Collingwood masses and make it look like heresy to question the results of this total snafu of a succession plan. |

Eddie and the review will tell you that the club made the right decision. We just haven't supported Nathan over the first 6 years of his coaching career. This year is the year however.

I'll have Mick back in a heartbeat....and Butters....hell, I'd be prepared to give Shawy another crack. I just want to see someone else in the coaches box. Bux just looks sad and miserable and depressed all the time. The mood of the coach is felt through the performance of the team. Look at Clarko, always up and about, yelling and screaming, being emotional, giving instruction, at least he looks proactive. _________________ RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.

That Ferrari that Bucks inherited and turned into a Holden is fully determined to write it off and it looks like Eddie is happy to see him do it.
Don’t know if Eddie has the balls to sack him, despite what he says. _________________ Human behavioural studies suggest people who use a lot of swear words tend to be more honest & trustworthy. |

Ed can't sack Bux without sacking himself.
Has he got the decency to do that?
My opinion is no he won't....ego will stop that. |
