Since the wombat is so fond of reminding me that Dean Jones' batting average suffered at the hands of Sir Richard Hadlee in the drawn Aus vs. NZ test series of 1987/88, earning him the tag of "Hadlees Bunnie"....

What other duos are candidates for this rather dubious elite honour?

Over to Wombat, Donny and JLC....

Well Agrakar has had a lot of success against Langer.

Nel from Sth Africa seems to have dismissed Lara a few times in that series. Lara wouldnt be his bunny but he certainly has been dismissed a few times by him from what i have seen.

Mike Atherton was the bunny of Glen McGrath as well as being a compulsive hooker.

Darryl Cullinan was a very good bunny for Shane Warne.

Jim Higgs, Phil Tufnel... Anyone

I recall Gordon Greenidge was Lillees bunny in 75-76...I'd say he exacted revenge, at least on other bowlers later.

Hookesy had a bit of a problem playing the tweakers in India or Pakistan, ave less than 2 from 6 hits....might have been Abdul Qadir.

That upstanding citizen and all round MR Australia, Allan Border, had considerable problems with NZ's Danny Morrison.

Kepler Wessels was considered for a while to be Joel "Big Bird" Garner's bunny until he bit back with a vengeance in 84-85 series.

It was definitely the Paks with Hookesy.

It's early days yet but but may I suggest a certain Mr Nel must love being tossed the ball when a certain W.I. captain comes to the wicket. Very Happy
