Tell me I'm nuts, but I can see a spot for Faz and Treloar in there. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

if Collingwood gambles on Treloar and the gamble fails, i think i might give up my membership and never barrack for them again.
Treloar hopefully has 8 years of elite play ahead of him and our chances of winning the GF this year are slim at best.
His injury was horrific and if he's lucky, he has one shot at coming back from this healthy. We DO NOT compromise that this year. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

I'll be absolutely amazed if Treloar plays senior footy this year. Even if he's right in 4 weeks he'll need at least a couple of vfl games before being thrust into any finals. Seems very unlikely at this stage _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

Treloar ain’t busting his ass all day everyday t get back to play VFL. If he’s passed fit he’ll come straight in. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

Treloar only started jogging last week. He would be at least 5 weeks away. I’d be surprised if Darcy is back in 4 weeks given how he has gone with his recovery thus far with his hammies. _________________ Human behavioural studies suggest people who use a lot of swear words tend to be more honest & trustworthy. |

I imagine limited playing time in vfl would be part of being passed fit, match fit, that is. You don't throw a player straight into a final after missing 12 weeks of footy, he's not Scott Pendlebury.
Actually, just saw him listed as 5-6 weeks away which puts him back in last week or two of September. That's really cutting it fine, we might just him in the GF, earliest.. or perhaps a replay.. _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

Howe comes in next week.
Fingers crossed JDG gets through the game on the weekend.
Aish is an upgrade on Brown / Daicos.
Hopefully we see Treloar in the next two weeks as he is running freely.
Ben Reid would also be a welcome addition to the defence with Goldsack once he gets over his sore back.
Apples could also come in as an option.
Doubt Moore, Fasolo, Elliott will return this season, but if we could get Darcy fit then maybe we have a real chance at knocking over the tigers. |
