The WHE injury has actually been a good thing and I'll explain why
You see the club has been working on a ground breaking earth shattering new system of dealing with injuries
We've taken some advice from some Indian organ "locators" and will now be signing players with regards to what spare parts they can bring
Ok so this is how it works
Look over our list
We won't be using rookies or new draftees for spare parts there too young and have footy in front of them. Likewise we won't be using our older players who's bodies are basically used up
We won't be any of our best theoretic 22 as well it just wouldn't make sense
So who would be using as spare parts ?
I've been over the list carefully and with the off season signings and re-signings it all points to 1 player
Langdon
Yep Tommy boy is finally going to be useful to the club
Let's break it down
His feet arent hurt and used by the right player who knows how to actually kick a footy they will be usable
His shins we fine and ready to be harvested
His knees are shot but there might be minor parts we can reuse
His hammies could be very valuable with our history and he's never moved quick enough to damage one so there very valuable
His hips seem fine so another tick
Fingers wrists hands elbows shoulders are all undamaged and ready to go into a afl quality player
Above the shoulders his eyes and ears are likley to be usable as long as the message sent to them comes from another brain
His brain isn't any good because quite frankly I doubt he actually has one
As for his organs doubtful they are any good after prolonged use of morphine pot and other mind numbing stuff he's been on for years
We now understand why the club actually re-signed him and he might finally prove his worth to the club
Keep him on ice (literally) and ready at a moments notice to be used as required |

Media at times have a way of reporting to sensationalises)
Hoskin Elliot in a race against time to be ready for Round one
Thats one way you can veiw it but I veiw it as to him being completely season fit not just a rush to Round one availability
Some one aptly said on a post when one soldier fell another stepped up to take his place in 2018
Its an ethos we know works so rush not I say _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

The only clue we ever get to how serious or otherwise an injury is, can be gleaned from Walshy. If he says "should be back to full training in 2 weeks", that tells us we can scrub the fortnight, more like 6 weeks.
If Walsh says 6 weeks, out an 'S' next to his name. Hosky is having a very mild surgery meaning? "Hosky will be undergoing a very minor amputation of both legs, but his arms should be set to go by Monday"
Why is is that most other clubs players come back sooner than expected, while ours are always at least a month, even for things like "very hurtful sledging".

And in recent years the players who light up the park in a given season tend to be those who had a full, uninterrupted Pre season.
(Except Jordy of course, I don't think he's had a full P/S, actually only played Rd.1 once, & once as a sub).
How many guys do we have who've had an uninterrupted P/S?
Pendles? Steelo?, umm... Mihocek? Quaynor, Stevo, Maynard, Coxy? Langdon,
The AFL site says we got 7 blokes to worry about, all except Shaz ready by Rd.1. Wells & Broomy 2 weeks!!
Anyone buy that? Last week we had 12!
Anyone care to have a guess how many blokes won't be ready to go by R1 _________________ "If at first you dont succeed...

I reckon a lot of the guys like Jamie & Jordy have had full, uninterrupted PlayStations. |

We shouldn't be concerned even by injury. We passed that test last season with flying colours and are mentally stronger for that. Before the season started if I told you that Moore Elliot and Fasolo would miss 90% of the season you would think we finish bottom 4 without our top 3 main goal kickers. What if I told you that Dunn Reid and Scharenberg did not play after the midway point and that Goldsack would be struck with an ACL injury Pre-Season? _________________ On the eve of a Dynasty |

WHE is now a week down the track from the surgery
He will soon start modified training I imaginegood luck Will
Interesting the procedure following Friday match as Brody Grundy disclosed
They have a long weekend his words-was this a gesture or a skilled decision to give the likes of Moore ,Elliott and Reid some cooling down time to assess how they pulled up _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |
