The inclusions of Adams and Wills have a made significant difference to the midfield dynamic. It's evident Pendles and Treloar are at their best as natural outside mids with Adams and Wills doing the dirty work required to win the ball.

This is sooo spot on IMHO Jezza. It has made such a huge difference. Glad you're enjoying the great win. |

That was a fabulous win! Forget about ladder positions and finals and rejoice in seeing the Pies play some beeoootiful football! There's nothing better. |
Watching the replay, cursing our loss vs Freo (cheats), and Whorethorn, and wondering how Geelong choked today to screw us out of overtaking Brisbane next week, all in between knitting a blue and gold scarf for tomorrow. _________________ Est. 2002 |

I would turn up on Monday morning and show that to Wills 20 times and say.....thats the way Wills thats the way!!!! |
Yep, where there's a Wills there's a way. |

Glad to see Wills is being recognised here along with the difference he is making with Adams.
Credit to the team and coaches for getting the forward line humming too.
Another good performance by Jack Madgen too - he is holding up well.
I thought Grundy was very effective tonight and let’s hope he continues this kind of form.
If we continue to play like this and add a fit Moore Stevo and JDG in then we can compete against any team _________________ Daicos, impossible angle ... Goal! |

This place is always deserted after a win. After a great win like tonight, nobody turns up. Now if Adelaide had beaten us by 10 goals there'd be 150 online! |
Probably out celebrating, alcohol in hand...or relaxing in a sauna/spa...
Do not blame them for this, since tonight I am euphoric and would do the same, if i were not instead addicted to expressing my exhilaration here on Nicks. |
Well I’m pathetic, I’d 2.28pm in Venice and I’m enjoying a glass of red while enjoying this thread instead of checking out the sights! Go pies! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

Did the Adelaide players know they had a game on today? Geez they were awful. Hopefully it makes Grundy realise that he'd be a fool to listen to his manager and go to the Crows. |

Hey T P, just got back from Leongatha, grandaughers 4th birthday, to just now find out an 11 goal win. ! Bloody hell, where did THAT come from ????
Youve been around the traps neaarl as long as me, 10 players still to come back like De Goey and Stephenson !
Do we older Pies fans DARE to dream, to we now dare to dream.??????

OMG that’s scary, I had exactly the same thought!
I don’t know, I still haven’t recovered from that last 90sec! Cheers! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

No. Read carefully. It is "Wills", not "will". There may well be a relative in relationship to a will, but relative to a Wills there might be a Way. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

It was a very good performance.
I was just hoping to win without anymore injuries.
Jamie Elliott was sensational, it was great to see him play so well.
Definitely a keeper now. _________________ Social club member 7342 since 2000. |

Elliott the focal point like the old days. It’s damn fun to watch if not anything else!
Do we dare dream of climbing (and staying) in the top 4 and having a couple of cracks at making a preliminary final with our best team (on paper) for the entire season? Would hate to lose a week one elimination final to a mediocre team and not see what an admittedly underdone team with Moore, JDG and Stephenson could do. _________________ Est. 2002 |
