***SPAM***

Hi Guys,

I am being plagued by SPAM in my magmail inbox... so much so that it takes me abt an hour to find actual emails from ppl that need to get in touch with me.. It's starting to piss me off pretty bad... is there anything I can do to stop it or can you guys (mods) help me out on this one...

Yea... Tks guys, ummmmmmmm the mailwasher thing would be the best way to go.... also someone told me to just leave my mailbox to get full and then leave it for a month cos by then all the emails will be bounced back to the owners.. is this correct... could I possibly do that.... maybe I shd speak to Mike about it...

cobood, it is probably because u have signed up to other things (ie star signs or something) on other sites, they then get ur email and give it to the idiots who spam u.
just a little tip, get a yahoo addy and use it to sign up to unimportant things, and only give your magmail addy to ppl you know, ie not companies!

I created a seperate E-mail address for signing up forums, etc.
It is "adverts@etc.etc."
That way I only ever have to drop into it to retrieve passwords or activation codes. Any spam can be bulk deleted.

I will do that from now on... but I still need to rid magmail of all the shit
and I am at a loss as how to do it....
