newcastle are currently trying to negotiate a fee for stephen carr from spurs they have been told they will have an answer by the end of the week but they will not be able to speak to the player as he is away with ireland but i will have more news on that at the end of the week

freddy sheperd has spoken to patrick kluiverts agent but has been told to wait for 2 weeks before we make a move and freddy wasn't to happy but he has said we will make a move for the player then with a bid of 4 million pound
