I wish Dale well, with whatever he does, or wants to do. I was sad that he left but I knew that he wanted money we were never going to risk on him and well now we're here. Prior to the injuries he was starting to show a lot of promise, those ankle injuries came at the worst time for him.
I am sure Dale Thomas will be fine regardless of who is coaching the Blues in the next few years. As long as he's not playing well against Collingwood, and the Blues keep losing alls well. _________________ Đavâgé

Pay him $700,00 to play the VFL?? What the heck are you on dude?? |
Where did Dr Pie say pay him $700,000 to play in the VFL? (unless you were joking & I missed it)
Additional: sorry, hadn't read the rest of the posts before I commented. _________________ âI even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didnât keep âem under long enoughâ Kinky Friedman |

Hope Daisy recovers well & gets to play the footy he is capable of. Good luck to him.
This is 2015 & all clubs gets rid of players they don't want so I don't blame a player taking $700,000 & going to another club in a short employment period of their lives. Mad not to. Daisy as has been pointed out had emotional / psychological reasons/attachments to go with Mick.
Didn't like it at the time but build a bridge as they say. _________________ âI even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didnât keep âem under long enoughâ Kinky Friedman |

Would he be able to see the target through the tears? |

I had no problems with Dale getting the best money for his future; we'd all consider that sort of deal I'm sure.
I did have real problems with Dale undermining Bucks and even bigger problems with him giving his young fans false hope. Remember these statements?
"I could sign (with Collingwood) before any sort of trade week period is up and that settles everything," Thomas told radio station Nova 100.
"And then everyone will have egg on their face and a lot of kids will have to get their No.13 jumpers out of the bin because apparently a lot of them are throwing them out."
Sorry Dr Pie, your posts are some of the best to appear here at Nick's over a long period of time, but on this occasion you're being too kind to a lying prat. _________________ After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
