Melbourne looked tough last week - it was red hot crashing in footy when the Dees went off in the 2nd quarter and they maintained it through the 3rd
Surprised we are such short priced favorites - maybe they are sore, and we couldn't be
They have a a lot of good in-form players Gawn, Jones, Viney, Oliver, Hogan and Watts leading the list.
Garlett Vandenberg and Vince will be missed.
If we win it will be a good one.
I'll tip the draw |
Yeah, our round 2 win is meaningless |
It always was. We were crap. Richmond should never have lost that one. |
there's no meaningless win until you're no chance of making the finals. i see geelong is struggling against the supposedly hapless bombers and the team that last week dealt to us is taking it up to the hawks. |
St Kilda have the last 4 goals and lead Hawthorn 76 to 66 early in the last quarter. Good test of character for the Hawks to see if they can hang in for a bit longer against a top team. |
Huh, arent the piss and poop more like the top team, not the saints, thats more the perspective, and makes our loss to saint vomit last week look not really so bad now. |
It's amazing what a decent coach can do eh? _________________ Defender...........

The time stamping of posts is wonky too.
It gives the correct time when logged in, but is still on Eastern Daylight Saving time when logged out. |

Undermanned last week as we were you'd expect a difficult game against a good team. Most wouldn't rate the Saints as good so expected a win. Fact is they did play well and did it again today. We were not good, but the reaction has been overblown by disrespecting the Saints. _________________ Well done boys! |

Our structures falling apart badly last week was of our doing.
Not sure how todays result is a win for Buckley.
It's a win for a 3rd year coach in Richardson and St.Kilda. |

Actually, it wasn't a win for St Kilda. Just like it wasn't a win for the Welfare last week. But I take your point. |

We still played shit last week. |
We played shit and St Kilda played better, but we can only improve starting with Melbourne tomorrow. |

Effing Hawthorn always find a way. Can't stand them.
Last week a commentator said they're like a bad guy in a movie that you have to shoot twenty times to make sure they're dead. It's true. Their hunger and sheer want to win is truly remarkable given how much success they've already enjoyed. |

Well if the hawks are going to have key injuries, unless they are season enders, better that they happen in rounds 22 and 23 so the b3$#ds don't have time to recover in time for finals! _________________ Get back on top. |
