Then I'd like to see Wills finally get a game, probably by dropping Blair.
Then Bucks has to make a call on whether Smith did enough to hold his spot, or else he gets dropped to allow Williams to return.
Those are the only possible changes I'd consider. After missing 2 weeks, Cox now needs to return via the VFL.
Given the Roos poor form, we should win. The only query I really have is how well we play under the roof. Pies by 28 points. |
Que! Moore, Adams and Fasolo missed shoit loads more footy than that and managed instant recalls.
And what about this Wills kid in the VFL, do you think he might be ready.... |

That's true, but let's face it, Moore, Fas and Adams are natural footballers, having played the game all their lives, whereas Cox is a novice. He may be able to come straight back in, but I rather think he'll need to build up some rhythm and form again in the VFL first.
As for Wills, he is as ready as he ever will be. Drop one of the dwarfs (probably Bilbo) and give the beast a chance to burst a few packs. |

The problem is that they are due for a win on the mother of all rebounds.... |
Plus Boomer Harvey is equalling the record number of AFL games played by a player alongside Michael Tuck this weekend which stands at 426 so I suspect North will be up for this, but hopefully the hype dies down early in the match.
What is it about us and playing sides who have players playing in major milestones against us. It was Scott Thompson last week (300th game) and now Boomer's equalling Tuck's record this week. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

We also got that flog Bartletts 400th years ago. Boomer I don't mind. But the big celebration should be the record breaking game. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

D King on radio this morning saying bucks talking this game up like its a final.
I haven't heard bucks a lot this year as I don't like listening to him anymore
for the fact that he sounds like a speacial comments coach and shows very
little emotional connection to the team.
King continued saying that it's not a final and Collingwood are not playing
finals but a milestone game for Boomer.
Is this a way to mount pressure on to noorf or divert attention from the general audience because where a average team under him?
I think the latter. _________________ no second chances |

Bucks has to play it like a final, all the media hype is surrounding north Melbourne. We always seem to come up against sides on the rebound or media speculatio |

the former not the latter. look at the now precarious nature of the pauperoos' season after having gone 9-1 and leading all comers. besides, it's our home game and, as often is bleated about on nick's, a vast majority don't like going to etihad. gotta draw them in. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

Then I'd like to see Wills finally get a game, probably by dropping Blair.
Then Bucks has to make a call on whether Smith did enough to hold his spot, or else he gets dropped to allow Williams to return.
Given the Roos poor form, we should win. The only query I really have is how well we play under the roof. Pies by 28 points. |
Buckley drop Blair? I suppose "those photos" have to surface eventually...
Won't we need Smith to run with Harvey, as he is their barometer?
Or we could run Blair with him, if you can tolerate all the slipping over.
We still need to stifle Brown, Petrie and Waite.
Reid, Brown and who else to do this? _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Waite may not be available but I'd think Marsh is the perfect match up for him if he does play.

Funnily enough Jarryd must have had them on Malthouse as well. Perhaps the pictures involve Bucks and Mick in a loving embrace... _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

The thing about Bilbo is that every few weeks when he's on the verge of being dropped he plays a good game, which saves his spot for another few weeks. |
