^^^ 5? He'll emulate the heroics of his old man against the other Qld team in 1991 and boot 13! |

In (from): Madgen, Noble, Greenwood, Wills, Adams, T Brown
Out: De Goey, Quaynor
Looks like Roughead might be ok after all, which is a relief! But bewildered that Goldsack still can’t get a run. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange

Adams and Greenwood are back in!
An 8 named interchange does NOT include Goldsack, suggesting he is finished as an AFL player. |

Incidentally, Adams and Greenwood are the only certain ins. The extended bench is Daicos, Crocker, Mayne, Thomas, Madgen, Wills, T Brown and Noble. So quite possible that we’re only going in with two changes. Madgen’s presumably insurance in case Roughead doesn’t come up and Wills is the same for Adams. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

WHY wasn't Goldsack given a farewell game ???? He will most certainly retire at seasond end, has been a wonderful clubman, and deserved a farewell game, surely ud have to pick him ahead of Magden, ???? Bloody useless bastards on the selection panel, no heart for a great club stalwart. !! _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

B Brayden Maynard, Jordan Roughead, Jeremy Howe
HB Jack Crisp, Matthew Scharenberg, Levi Greenwood
C Tom Phillips, Scott Pendlebury, Steele Sidebottom
HF Callum L. Brown, Mason Cox, Will Hoskin-Elliott
F Jamie Elliott, Brody Mihocek, Travis Varcoe

i don't mind this team. Would love to see what Tyler Brown looks like in the seniors. This is as close an AFL game as you will get to ta VFL game so probably the right time to blood him. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

I get what you are saying, but the club has to start making decisions based on head, not heart.
Doesn't matter what Goldy has done in the past...the past is the past. If he isn't god enough to get a game, then he doesn't get a game.
We need to adopt the same ruthlessness with our list too. If a player is perpetually injured, then get them off the list regardless of how good a bloke they are, or how great they "can" be. |

Only 5 against GC for a young Peter? Surely he'd kick 13 or 14. |
