Woah! Where the hell have you been??! Welcome back!
My fave Aussie film, especially to watch on a dreary rainy day, is The Man from Snowy River. Still get anxious watching them ride down the mountain. |
Started coaching a couple of years back so don’t get in much. Good to see you’re still adding some class to the joint. Agree with Man from snowy, its a beauty.

Some great movies you’ve mentioned there, although no mention of Alvin Purple was surprising _________________ Need a pen? try Pen Island. www. penisland. net |

^ I have actually seen it, years ago! Wouldn't exactly call it a masterpiece, but it does contain some excellent documentary footage of the Australian bush. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Nice work, Presti! We’ve collectively put together a nice cross section of Australian cinema here. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Man from Snowy River mentioned twice (prior to Stui naming it for a 3rd time) but didn't make Presti's list of what's been mentioned? Not the most accurate of lists |

There's still plenty of titles to come...
Anyone seen Pawno?
And what about WogBoy and its sequel? Although the thread title says Great Australian Movies... _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Fixed, thanks.
Guess I'll update the list when we get to the next page, if we get that far? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |
