A lot to like Moore, Quaynor and Mihocheck were brillant , I like the look of Ato, Grundy tapped to our lads better, Treloar was more involved, Stevo worked hard and brought some mongrel, Maynard solid as usual . Good Win Pies keep it coming. _________________ " Ohhh Banksy and out comes the Note Book".

The question I ponder. A fit JDG & a clear from Covid violation Sidey who makes way
Injury to Will Kelly opens one spot so say JDG comes in for him
Sidey still a couple of games so would that be only change to 22
Any thoughts folks _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Rugby players are awesome at ground balls, they have played low since birth. Where they can often they struggle is in extending their arms upwards to mark overhead [but I mean, so does Pendles to be fair]. But they are very hard at the contest and get their bodies in the right position to protect themselves. Atu looked like a player last night, I can't wait to see him do a shirtfront tackle ala a Byron Pickett coz I reckon he might have that in him, too. |
Yep. And if you drop the ball forward in rugby it's a knock on and you lose possession. Rugby players have great hands compared to most aussie rules players |
To be fair, the rugby ball is designed for ease of handling - lighter, bigger, and a different surface to an AFL ball. |

Philips is playing half forward ATM and not the wing where he was racking up 30+ touches. Id suggest hes been given specific instructions that only the coaches would know if he is delivering on or not. _________________ "Even when Im old and gray, I wont be able to play but Ill still love the game"

Darcy Cameron knocked up marking the Sherrin and Sier put in a good,un. Is Appleby 31 cos 31 was in every play I saw |
His Mum was working the camera. |
Not sure the cats had much height in the game (happy to be proven wrong)
I like Apples and I am pleased that he is having a go on the forward line because he could become another defensive forward, but I thought JT looked a bit like "Pendles" he seemed to have time and space.
It is good we were given 6 or 7 minutes of highlights and I hope we get more but whilst the scratch matches are as good as can occur they are "Bruise free" and if there is another scratch match this week we can only again match up on the cats _________________ Bucks you just reckon he can still cut it in the middle |
