There was a thread on CFCs FB where a poster started talking about Adams and Sidebottom. I think its since been removed. The club later posted a pic of Sidey saying all good, but theres a few comments regarding Adams in that thread.
I believe the club also removed a video of Adams from their instagram page.
So there was worrying signs that things have been removed and we're hearing things from supporters in attendance.
Just found this tho:

From the AFL website tonight:
Quote: | https://www.afl.com.au/news/555305/injury-update-who-s-in-your-club-s-medical-room
Jordan De Goey will play his first pre-season match of the year against Richmond on Friday night after recovering from a rolled ankle that kept him out of last week's trip to face Geelong. Chris Mayne will be forced to sit out for a second consecutive game after sustaining concussion at training on February 23, given the AFL's new concussion rule mandates a 12-day break after a head knock. Reigning best and fairest Taylor Adams is working back from a hamstring injury, and while he might not face the Tigers, is pushing to tackle the Western Bulldogs in round one. Brody Mihocek was taken out of the practice match with the Cats early after a leg knock and, despite being on light duties at training this week, isn't in doubt to meet the Dogs. - Mitch Cleary |
And once again the news on Sidey and Adams has been proven to be false. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Ok, so a little bit of carnage from tonight.
1. Sidebottom went of with a calf problem before half time.
2. Kelly seems to have broken his collar bone and will probably miss a large chunk of the season.
3. De Goey left the field in the 3rd with a leg or back complaint, but returned to the field and played out the game.
4. Maynard looked to have hurt his leg, but he played out the game I think.
None of this is official, so we'll have to wait for the official reports to know how long Kelly, and any others, are going to miss. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Sidey went off 18 minutes into 1st term saying don’t think it’s torn but he was iced through out until 3rd term then into tracksuit
JDG seemed fine landed funny in a tackling contest but came back and run out game
Maynard finished game on bench but was smiling and laughing at end so don’t think it was serious was mentioned might have been cramp |

During the game they said collarbone injuries are worst case 6 weeks. If we go off that, worst case scenario Kelly comes back around Round 5/6. _________________ "That was out-of-bounds" |

Quote: | Unofficially:
Mayne - Concussion. AVAILABLE.
Has now completed his 12 days of rest (new concussion rule). His lack of preparation may cost him a spot for round 1, but he is back and available for selection.
Mihocek - Calf. AVAILABLE.
Had a very minor lower leg issue against Geelong. Was available last night but kept out as a precautionary. Probably the smart thing to do. Available for selection.
Adams - Hamstring. TEST.
Is likely to play in Round 1. Some suggested he was ready to play last night. Just be 100% Pies. We wont mind waiting another week.
Keane - Finger. 5-6 Weeks.
(Has been taking part in running drills and keeping fit. We'll look forward to seeing him come back via the VFL in a bit over a month).
McInnes - Finger. TBC.
(Had surgery well over a month ago now, but nothing has been made official. He hasn't been seen in full training drills. One can only assume he's in the same boat at Keane). |

Quote: | From last nights game:
De Goey - Left the field in the 3rd with a leg or back complaint, but returned to the field and played out the game. Early reports are that he is A-OK and will be right to go against the Dogs. AVAILABLE.
Maynard - Looked to have hurt his leg very late in the game. He spent the final moments on the bench iced up, but early reports are that he is also A-OK and will be available for round 1. AVAILABLE.
Sidebottom - Left the field very early in the 1st quarter with a calf problem. Sat on the bench iced up for the rest of the game. There was some concern about him at training during the week. Early reports are there is no tear and its a short term issue. However, he may miss round 1. TBC.
Kelly - This one sucks. Has been confirmed he fractured his collarbone and went to hospital for surgery. It usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks for a broken collarbone to heal. UP TO 8 WEEKS. |
So Keane, McInnes and Kelly are the long term injuries. We'll be looking at 6-8 weeks to get all three back. (Cant find much info on McInnes tho).
JDG, Mayne, Mihocek and Maynard are all available for round 1, with Adams likely to join them. Waiting for word on Sidey, but is likely to miss you'd think. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Heard news report Sidey was tightness only and rested as precautionary measure only
At worst likely only a week off training field you would presume if report is accurate |

AFL.com.au's first take of the year;
Quote: | Taylor Adams Hamstring Test
Mark Keane Hand Test
Chris Mayne Concussion Test
Brody Mihocek Calf Test
Steele Sidebottom Calf Test
Will Kelly Collarbone 6-10 weeks
Sidebottom remains touch-and-go for the season opener with the Western Bulldogs after scans revealed a minor strain in his calf following the Richmond hitout. The Pies are adamant he's a 50-50 proposition to recover from the injury sustained exactly two weeks from round one. Kelly will be sidelined for at least six weeks after undergoing surgery to repair the broken collarbone he suffered against the Tigers. Adams faces a big week on the training track to prove he'll be fit to tackle the Dogs. The Pies are confident Mihocek and Mayne will be available after missing the clash with the Tigers. Keane has this week returned to full training with a glove after recently breaking his hand. - Mitch Cleary |

They have not mentioned McInnes. But I'm very surprised to see Keane listed as a test, with other reports suggesting at least 4-5 weeks.
With ten days to go until we play the Dogs, we're in a good spot. We'll get just about everyone back before that game. The only longer term issue is Kelly. Although I'm not convinced on Keane yet. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Hearing Sidey is unlikely to be risked round 1
Won’t be doing full training during week before game and medical leaning towards a extra week rehab to be safe
It is a long season |

Re McInnes - he has been training (from the footage I saw Tuesday) - don't know what that means from availability but he's out there. |
