Great choice.
Strong, decisive leadership.
Experience with making problems disappear and dealing with the media.
Will bring the best talent to Collingwood whether they want to come or not.
No salary cap issues as players will be too terrified to ask for any money.
Umpires will realise that they really, really like Collingwood and will give Ginni as many free kicks as he wants.
Just don't ask any tricky questions at the AGM. |

This replacement of Anderson will be Browne's first real test as President. I hope that he follows good process to get the best person for the job and that Collingwood get a really good CEO to help drive the club forward.
