You will need to go through the qualifying stages to ensure a spot. Only the first two teams are guaranteed. However the oppostion will be weak so im sure Newcastle will make it to the group stage

We will be seeded to ensure we do not have to face Barcelona, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, or any other of the Big Boys. Probably be facing up to HJK or Copenhagen or Red Star Belgrade, rubbish like that. Having said that this season Celtic drew Ajaz Amsterdam at the 3rd qualifying stage. Anything can happen I guess.
