It may only be the Worthington Cup but its still a sweet sweet victory.......To be honest i didnt think we could win........somehow against the odds the Mighty Reds got up and won.

BIG Congratulations to Dudek who got rid of a few demons by playing well. Quite ironic that it was against Man United.

More importantly Liverpool actually played with quality. Gerrard and Murphy were great in midfield, and Dudek was able to stop everything.

Man United - no trophies since 2001. The slide continues. Ferguson should have got out when he said he would. As for Veron, what a squib, giving away the ball that Owen scored with. and not chasing back.

Congrats to the Reds!

On friday i was hoping united would win as the UEFA Cup spot would have gone to the 6th place getter, but as Spurs are playing as they should be in the 1st division i really didnt care.

Dudek was brilliant and Houlier should be ashamed at the fact that he dropped him back to seconds after 1 bad game.

And Johnny the League Cup isnt nothing, a few clubs such as Arsenal dont take it seriously but i can tell you when we (spurs) were robbed in the final last year (sheringham was denied a certain penalty in final minutes) we were all devistated, its Silverware and its also European Qualification, when a lower team like Blackburn who won it last year, they went to Europe where the team can Attract foreign players and extra income.

There is 2 types of Supporters-: Collingwood and the Rest!!!!
