Reid has had 19 disposals and 10 marks, with his 2 goals, playing as a utility and relief ruck.

Quaynor has acquitted himself very well in the last quarter. He could be a senior half back, soon.

Essendon with a late one. 15.11.101 to 9.11.65, now.

Last rites, now. Of the senior players, only Reid and Quaynor played footy that might stand up in the seniors, if required.

Siren, 'Pies lose 65 to 101, at least - Essendon mark and shot after the siren.

On that performance, Reid is ready for AFL, probably as backup for Cox. Quaynor will get a game soon and will hopefully provide us some bounce from defence.

Wells still has the touch and skill, but doesn't look fit enough for seniors footy.

Very poor game for Daicos.
Well done boys!

Yes, it looked like a 12 to 15 goals loss coming, the way they went in the first half.

Thanks to P4S and others. Missed most of the 2nd half: had to earn my pay! We lost a lot of talent and experience as the Swoopernator noted. Bad luck this time. Thanks for the call. Go Pies

Woodward had another good game despite an arm injury of some sort

Wills was at his bullocking best in the middle, however was more brute than clean

Reid moved superbly again

Quaynor best game for the club, took the game on a lot more with run and carry, wonder if he’ll end up as a mid?

Lynch much tougher opponent today and while he still done a few nice things the stronger Draper ultimately the had best of contest

Wells not a great game, but became involved after half time when the game got back on more even terms, lead well and had strong hands on occasion

Tohill didn’t look as much out of his depth today, presented better and got onto a couple of goals

Kelly very skinny, didn’t have much impact, but some of his defensive work was good/promising

Poor game, really have some work to do but thanks very much to P4S's PA's junior intern for all the work in posting the details. Much appreciated. That should at least earn them the right to smell dinner before retiring to the garage.
