I think if Treloar and Stevenson had a child together, it’d be him.

If he did enough in the VFL this year to keep his place on our list for season 2020 that would be an outstanding result for him and the club. Really can’t have much in the way of expectations for a mid season draftee. If we were struggling on the field and had a major gap in a specific role it might be different. We have outstanding depth right now and we are travelling nicely near the top of the table.

Carlton on the other hand would be hoping to pick up a player who will become best 22 in the next month and he probably will.

Well, we do have a huge vacancy for genuine outside pace in the midfield, so he does have a chance.

Just watched Derek Hine’s press conference and he said that he’s in the Steele Sidebottom and Tom Phillips league for 2km time trial and will be one of the quickest players on our list. Gotta get the pill first yes, but gee that’s impressive if correct.

And genuine pace off half back, which is why we recruited Murray.

His numbers don't stack up as a midfielder or winger, but off half back............

I'm not sure this is true. Players' standings rise and fall continually and it's luck for the player whether the rise or fall coincided with some draft time.
