Chloe McMillan has been selected for the AFL Womens Coach Acceleration program.
"Launched earlier this year, WCAP aims to fast-track the development of women in coaching and assist in their progression into senior coaching roles across both AFL and AFLW programs.
Under the program, McMillan serve as a full-time development coach in Collingwood’s AFL program where she will work closely with the club’s AFL senior coach, Craig McRae under a formal mentorship.
She will have direct access to elite AFL coaching settings including match-day coaching box, game planning sessions and match committee meetings to support her development."
