Should I put $$ on a Kohli century? He's 34* (66).

FTB's tormentor, Jadeja, has just joined him.

But geez if Lyon and Murphy can get runs on this pitch, the Indian batsmen will have a feast! I still think in order of result probability, it will be a high scoring draw, an Aussie win or an Indian win.
Yes, atrocious pitch.

Dead pitches are an existential threat to cricket.

But... Sad thing is: Oz really needed Lyon's and Murphy's runs. :o

Gobsmacking how the top order threw their wickets away. Alex Carey's slog was atrocious.

And the three bowleds, Marny, FTB Smith, Pete. Wow... Just hopeless. Sheesh, atrocious batting from all three. It's like Marny's been infected by FTB!! (And getting bowled by a fast bowler won't get Pete out of the stereotype that he's a spin specialist.) It's like their feet were stuck in concrete! No foot movement at all. Their six feet combined woulda moved less than a yard.
Totally agree with you. Labu will come good but the other two are very dicey, inconsistent and Forrest Gump like when batting (no idea how they go).
I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. A Perfect Storm ☔️

And the one wicket wasn't out (the naked eye said it was missing leg by a mile and the DRS confirmed that the ball wouldn't have hit a 5th stump on the legside - just shit umpiring: you have to wonder how someone who stands in Tests could give that out, which raises the question whether the umpires should be able to give each other out for incompetent decision-making) - but Australia didn't want to waste a review on the nightwatchman.

Who thinks the Aussies can make something of this test match.

And like set India a total to chase in like a limited overs kind of situation.

I do.

Its good they are 1 wicket down.

Love it when tests are turned into day a limited overs kind of format.

Agree there that LBW was not out was going down leg all the way saw on the tv got to review that missing the leg stump easy.

^ Don't be a numbnut - there's under 2 sessions to go and the only wicket that's been taken was the nightwatchman (and he wasn't actually out). The only thing for Australia here is to draw. Our bowlers took under one wicket a session while India batted for about 9 days. We are not going to win.
