There we have it
Markov has not put a foot wrong, and the gods have picked him instead on Noble.
I simply cannot recall a time this year when either has been towelled.
I know the call is for Ginni, but it was Hill who usurped him.
It's flip a Sub.
Do we pick the goal kicking X Factor, or do we play safe in case of early injury and pick the sweeper.

What a success story...and it all happened this year.Charlie Oneeye wrote:There we have it. Markov has not put a foot wrong, and the gods have picked him instead on Noble.
Noble is a bit stiff but there will be opportunities for him in this Finals series.

Noble is a mismatch when he has a taller forward on him, the ball often goes through his man. I love what he brings but I feel the last month Markov has offered more, pound for pound is stronger, taller and can hold his ground.

I love Markovs straight line running, dependable field kicking, and he always works overtime to present as an option.
The unglamorous thing people usually don't see, is he really makes good decisions.
And amazingly let go by 2 clubs. Hine come on down. !!!

^I also expected that Lipinski would have been dropped.
It seems that we are worried that Noble will be too easily brushed aside by Melbourne players such as Hunter, on their HF line. But Noble brings such energy, speed and rebound off half back that it seems a risk to deprive ourselves of that advantage.
