Disappointing loss, Lions did their homework shutting down Bri Davey and Chloe Molloy. Made worse with injuries to 2 key defenders, Jordy Allen and Lauren Butler. Have been impressed with Laurens improvement this season and Jordy has always been pretty reliable in the backline.

This is going to make finishing top 2 even harder.

Hopefully the girls can bounce back against the Saints on Saturday.

They will.

It's the trip to Adelaide that worried me.

Beat the Saints and hope that one, or both, of North/Dees do us a favour. Then it'll come down to the Crows trip.
